When my wife called because our neighbor was getting his belongings thrown out on the lawn with no eviction notice, the officer on the line stated he wouldn't be sending anyone out... The man just needs to leave... and he has no rights. When my wife told him he was wrong and needed to check his law book and someone needs to serve this man a notice, he hung up on her. She called back and the Lt. was supposed to call back. It's been hours and no one has shown up to help our neighbor, and no return call has been made.
